Bernardo Nascimento - Foundation Manager
Bernardo, a marine biologist since 1996, was the Curator of Aquariums, Reptiles, and Birds at Zoomarine, Portugal's largest marine park. He helped create the country’s first sea turtle recovery center and later served as Head Curator in aquariums in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He is also the Curator and Head of Education at Odysseo, where he contributed to its design. A passionate traveler, Bernardo has visited over 50 aquariums worldwide.
Lea De Oliveira - Program Manager
Léa, environmental engineer trained in France and Brazil, brings extensive expertise in ecological restoration projects and integrating biodiversity into corporate sustainability strategies. Passionate about diving and marine biology, she applies her skills and knowledge to protect and restore Mauritius' unique marine ecosystems.
