As part of our policy, please be informed that all ticket purchases, whether made at our ticketing counter or through our website, are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy:
1. In-Person Ticket Purchases: Tickets purchased at our physical ticketing counter are considered final and non-refundable. Once the purchase is made, we are unable to process any refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Online Ticket Purchases: Tickets purchased through our website are also non-refundable. We regret to inform you that tickets purchased
through our websites are also non- refundable for any reason, including but not limited to changes in your schedule, travel plans, event cancellations (unless specified by our company), or dissatisfaction with the event or activity.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
1. Event Cancellation: In the event that we must cancel an activity or event, you will then be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
2. Event Postponement: If an event is postponed to a later date, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please note that no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions:
1. Non-Refundable Events/Activities: Some events or activities may be explicitly labeled as “non-refundable,” therefore, no refunds will be issued for such cases.
